Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to forward emails from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
